Prague from Up High and Down Low

What a first day! We saw the city from some wild perspectives, beginning with a pizza orientation at the bottom of the Žižkov Television Tower, and then taking an elevator to the top.

First stop, Žižkov Tower

The view is spectacular from up here. We wandered from pod to pod, taking it in.

Rest is a necessary part of travel. More necessary when unusual resting spaces present themselves.

Kicking back in the TV Tower

At night, we went to the Vltava River and boarded a boat. The boat had food on it.

Boat buffet. Jackson just finished carving himself some ham.

The boat also had ice cream on it.

Dessert on the river boat

And miles of beautiful shots of the city. Or in this case, even slightly outside the city.

Riverside view

We ate. We chilled. Some napped. A beautiful combination of activity and leisure on this first jet-lagged day. We must rest up to kick it into full throttle tomorrow.
